
Nedra Robinson, Ed.D.

As RHN’s Founding Strategist, Dr. Nedra Robinson oversees the organization’s strategy, operations, and growth.

Dr. Robinson brings nearly two decades of experience in education, focused on strengthening instructional practice, building data-informed systems, and developing leaders to improve student outcomes. She has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, mathematics department chair, program coordinator, and data analyst, working alongside educators to enhance teaching effectiveness and support student success across diverse learning contexts.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Tarleton State University. Her doctoral research examined school board trustees’ and superintendents’ perspectives on governance frameworks and their impact on student achievement, reflecting her commitment to connecting governance, leadership, and classroom outcomes.

Dr. Robinson has served on several local boards and currently serves as First Vice President of her local school board, where she has served for eight years. This governance experience informs her work with boards and district leaders as they set direction, monitor progress, and build systems that sustain improvement.

Her lifelong passion for learning began early and continues to shape her work today. She remains deeply committed to expanding educational access, opportunity, and excellence so that every student has the support and systems needed to thrive.
