About Us

RHN Strategic Group partners with schools, districts, and nonprofit organizations to strengthen leadership, align strategy, and improve student outcomes. We combine data, research, governance, and facilitation to help education leaders move from intention to impact.

Our work is grounded in evidence, shaped by practice, and driven by a deep belief that every child deserves access to a high-quality education. RHN Strategic Group provides consulting services in data analytics, program evaluation, strategic planning, research, training, policy development, and board governance to support organizations in designing, implementing, and sustaining meaningful improvement.

We work side by side with educators and system leaders to better understand what is, imagine what could be, and implement strategies that lead to measurable, lasting change. Our approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on building the systems, capacity, and alignment necessary to improve outcomes for students and communities.
